How does Swipeapp work?

Swipeapp is the easiest way to book cleaning services in Dubai! All you need is a computer or phone! You can make a booking for a one-time cleaning or schedule regular cleanings in three easy steps:
1. Select your service
2. Make an appointment
3. Pay securely online.

What kind of cleaning services do you offer?

Swipeapp offers the following cleaning services:

My first Swipe Cleaning

We say here at Swipeapp that cleaning is a lot like relationship. We aim for best results at first visit, but it may take us 2 to 3 cleans to understand your expectations. If you are not happy with a result of a clean, our policy is to return to touch up and fix the problematic areas within 24 hours.
If you have any special requirements for your cleaning, let us know so we can mark it on our files!

Does the cleaner bring cleaning materials?

If you want us to bring our cleaning supplies, products and equipment then You can add cleaning materials to your booking for an extra charge of 10 AED/hr.

What cleaning products and equipment are required?

Cleaning products (toilet cleaners, general purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, detergents and grease solvents)
Cleaning equipment (mop & bucket, broom, dust brush & pan)
Vacuum cleaner (including any extra parts required)
4 cloths (one each for):
– Bathrooms
– Toilet
– Kitchen
– Other surfaces
Sponges (or micro fiber cloths if you prefer)
Duster (or dusting cloths of your choice)

Can I request special tasks or extras?

You can request special tasks like Balcony cleaning, Fridge cleaning, Oven cleaning, Interior window cleaning during the booking for additional cost.

Manage Your Booking

What happens after I have made a booking?

We will send you a invoice directly to your email and SMS after receiving your online booking. Once we confirm your booking, you will receive a second email confirming your booking details including date and time.

How do I know how much time is needed for my booking?

Our booking system will ask you for the details of your residence, depending on size and type of your house we recommend estimated time necessary for the cleaning.

Can I extend the service at the time of cleaning?

No we cannot extend your service at the time of cleaning.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled free of charge. A booking cannot be cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the results?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with the cleaning result we will return and re-clean until you are satisfied.

Which areas do you service?

To find out if Swipeapp is available in your area, simply enter your area on our booking system.


Do I get an Invoice?

Yes, you will receive an invoice as soon as your payment has been successfully processed.

How much will it cost?

The Swipeapp website and app generates a price based on your property details.
Don’t worry – you won’t be charged anything until you confirm and process payment.
Annual Packages: Aed 25/hr
Monthly Packages: Aed 28-31/hr*
One time cleaning: Aed 35/hr
2 Hours: Aed 45/hr
Cleaning materials: Aed 10/hr

Does VAT apply on your services?

As per UAE law 5% VAT is applicable on all products and services.

What are my payment options?

Currently we accept secure online payments via debit/credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

If I get a refund, where does it go?

Your refund will be applied to the card you used at checkout. Please allow time for your card company to process the refund transaction.

Are cash payments possible?

No, all payments are cashless. Hey – this is the convenience generation!

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Yes, you can trust our cleaners, they all have valid UAE visa with Emirates ID to work legally as house maids, and they are insured.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes your information is safe, we use best SSL certificate with 256 bit encryption plus McAfee Secure for additional layer of protection.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Swipeapp screens all its cleaners through a strict process and does a complete background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If for any reason you aren’t happy with our professional cleaning services, send us your feedback. We will come back and clean the specific areas that didn’t meet your expectation. Simply notify us within 24-hours of your initial house cleaning.

Can I rate your cleaning services?

Yes! You will receive a feedback email after your cleaning has been completed.


What are Packages?

Packages are subscription services, If you are looking for regular cleaning services then our packages are the best option for you.

What type of packages do you offer?

We offer Weekly, Monthly and Annual packages

What happens after I book the package?

Once you book the package, we will assign a regular cleaner as per your schedule.

How frequently do you charge my Card?

For weekly package we charge every 7 days, for monthly package every 4 weeks and for annual package we charge every year.

How to cancel the package?

You can cancel the package by visiting your “My Orders” section.

How can I reschedule my booking?

You can reschedule your booking by notifying us 24 hrs before the appointment, for Saturday booking cutoff time is 5.30pm on Thursday. If not the booking will be treated as cancelled and there will be no refund.


What is the difference between Book Now and Packages?

For One time booking select Book Now, for regular service select Packages.

I have a coupon code, how to apply?

To apply coupon code click the cart button on the menu.


Cleaner did not clean entire house

Please note that you are booking the service on hourly basis. We only suggest the hours required to clean the property in our booking form, it does not guarantee that we will be able to complete the job in that period of time. If your house is dirty then add extra hours so we can finish the job.
